LAS TABLAS

Las tablas is an homage to my mother. She desperately wanted a board big enough
to fit a full pork, as we eat in special occasions what is called “cerdo en caja china”,
so for her birthday I made for her Las tablas Large, she loved it and wanted another
one a bit smaller for thanksgiving turkey because she wanted to have space to
decorate around the turkey, and to be used as a large charcuterie board for bigger
gatherings, and so las tablas medium came to be. Las tablas petite happened
because she wanted the full set of small, medium and large, because for smaller
groups she needed a board that would be just the right size.
